Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for TPA partners during new group implementations.
  • Gather and document implementation requirements such as contacts, due dates, account structures, group numbers, invoicing, ID cards, and eligibility files.
  • Maintain project documentation, including standard templates, detailed project plans, and open items logs.
  • Support the Implementation Manager and Implementation Analysts throughout the new group implementation lifecycle.
  • Manage day-to-day coordination and task tracking for an implementation pod to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Perform administrative data entry for new group implementations in applicable systems.
  • Build client profiles in the CRM tool.
  • Act as a liaison between the implementation team and internal contracting and invoicing teams.
  • Provide go-live support and participate in post-go-live discussions to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in internal and external client meetings and help ensure deadlines and milestones are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience coordinating complex tasks across multiple projects and clients.
  • Experience in a customer service role.
  • Corporate experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Proficiency in the Google platform/apps preferred.
  • Proficiency using Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills in person, by phone, and in writing.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects and tasks with ownership.
