Description

  • Implement, configure, and optimize NiCE products and CXone digital solutions for enterprise contact centers.
  • Install and integrate NICE software solutions on-site or remotely using defined methodologies and customer requirements.
  • Work with the implementation team from project kickoff through handover to support.
  • Ensure technical architecture components are properly integrated and implemented.
  • Identify and reconcile design flaws during solution delivery.
  • Assist customers and vendors with configuration requirements for NiCE integration points.
  • Conduct systems testing for performance and reliability.
  • Report implementation issues, engage support teams, and escalate when needed.
  • Provide technical support, quality control, and application overviews throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project managers on end-to-end project rollouts and coordinate across departments.
  • Document lessons learned and resolutions in the NiCE Knowledge Base.
  • Interact with clients to understand pain points, present solutions, and align on progress.
  • Promote the use of AI tools to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of total experience and at least 3 years in product implementation and integration.
  • Experience with NiCE WFM, Engage, CXone, or RTA is a plus.
  • Experience with advanced solutions such as recording/telephony integrations, MDC, LDAP, SSO, ACD, DB migrations, disaster recovery, or high availability solutions.
  • Familiarity with generative AI models, NLU techniques, and automation principles.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and digital customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical, inquisitive, team-oriented, and interpersonal skills.
  • High accountability, ownership, and professional communication and demeanor.
  • Readiness to work APAC and EMEA shifts, including after-hours and weekend activities.
  • Experience with Red Hat Linux, Microsoft Windows Server/IIS, Active Directory, security hardening, virtualization, Citrix, and application servers such as J2EE, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, Liferay, or Mule.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle installation/configuration, backups and recovery, security, and basic scripting.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, network devices, and troubleshooting tools.
  • Telephony experience with PBX, switches, ACD vendors, and VoIP platforms such as Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Nortel, Aspect, or Alcatel.
