Description

  • Engage customers in a consultative, customer-facing, billable capacity.
  • Provide specialized expertise on Nice CXone products and the broader contact center ecosystem.
  • Configure Nice CXone products based on best practices and customer requirements.
  • Manage customer expectations, satisfaction, and engagement outcomes.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental activities within NiCE to support successful delivery.
  • Track time, status, and account adjustments accurately in NiCE systems.
  • Provide senior-level technical configuration and, when needed, programming support.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of small to large-scale projects and system life cycles.
  • Develop costing proposals, perform risk analysis, and manage change control.
  • Provide business analysis, user needs analysis, and business systems design for major projects.
  • Supervise and mentor junior client staff, subcontractors, and junior NiCE staff assigned to projects.
  • Maintain professional communication and follow NiCE policies and the Code of Ethics.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing professional services or consulting role.
  • Strong knowledge of Nice CXone products and contact center technologies.
  • Experience with CRM, telecommunications infrastructure, analytics, social media, and related contact center ecosystem topics.
  • Ability to provide technical configuration and, in some cases, programming support.
  • Experience with process, data, and object modeling in application and database environments.
  • Experience with database design, development, enhancement, and technical architecture.
  • Experience leading or managing end-to-end project delivery across small to large-scale implementations.
  • Ability to perform business analysis, assess user needs, and support business systems design.
  • Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff and subcontracted personnel.
  • Must work as an individual contributor and report to the Manager, Professional Services.
