Description

  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the implementation process.
  • Conduct impact analysis with clients to define implementation requirements.
  • Document requirements in standard project templates and tools and secure client approval before builds begin.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans and open items logs for project tracking.
  • Coordinate across internal functional teams and clients to ensure timely completion of implementation tasks.
  • Monitor project progress through weekly status reporting.
  • Support escalated client, member, and project issues.
  • Provide go-live support and facilitate internal post-implementation review meetings.
  • Mentor and support team members throughout the implementation process.
  • Participate in ad hoc project requests and process improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5-8 years of work-related experience required.
  • Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office literacy required.
  • Strong communication skills for in-person meetings, conference calls, and written correspondence.
  • Self-starter with the ability to make informed decisions and find creative solutions to challenges.
  • Execution-focused, solutions-oriented, and efficiency-driven mindset.
  • Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced technology environment.
