Description

  • Nurture relationships with key contacts in the pharmacy consulting community to strengthen engagement and understanding of SmithRx capabilities.
  • Drive opportunity growth through the pharmacy consultant channel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Sales Ops, Partnerships, Strategy, Analytics, Product, and Marketing.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure initiatives are informed by market influencers and consultant feedback.
  • Learn the tools used by the Commercial Organization and help develop enablement materials such as short videos and job aids.
  • Facilitate meetings with pharmacy consultants to explain SmithRx differentiators and build excitement around the value proposition.
  • Provide ongoing follow-up on RFP submissions to consultants.
  • Conduct value presentations on consultant book of business performance.
  • Maintain internal relationships and playbooks aligned with company values and consultant partner needs.
  • Assist with responses to pharmacy consultant-sourced RFPs.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of PBM or health plan experience working with consultants or brokers.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience interacting with consultants through the RFP process.
  • Experience in PBM pricing and underwriting.
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex internal processes and business needs.
  • Excellent poise and presentation skills.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Experience leveraging technology and tools.
  • Adept at social selling and networking.
