Description

  • Support Technical Account Managers and Agile Leads across project planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, action registers, and governance documentation.
  • Manage budgets, revenue forecasts, effort estimates, resource forecasts, utilization, milestone forecasting, and financial reconciliation.
  • Maintain project schedules, resource data, time tracking, and operational reporting in Klient.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting on project health, finances, schedules, resources, risks, and recommended actions.
  • Coordinate customer meetings, action items, issue resolution, dependencies, risk mitigation, change requests, and SOW updates.
  • Identify resource conflicts, capacity gaps, forecast changes, risks, and financial variances, escalating issues with mitigation recommendations.
  • Coordinate communication among customers, delivery teams, leadership, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Improve delivery processes, forecasting accuracy, governance practices, financial reporting, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience supporting internal clients or business units in IT, software implementation, healthcare technology, or professional services.
  • Working knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, risk and resource management, project controls, customer delivery, and governance.
  • Experience managing project budgets, revenue forecasts, financial reporting, SOWs, resource planning, utilization, and schedules.
  • Experience with financial analysis, revenue recognition support, forecasting, and project controls.
  • Experience using PSA or project management platforms such as Klient PSA, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Certinia, Kantata, or similar systems.
  • Experience preparing executive-level financial dashboards, project health reports, forecast analyses, utilization reports, and delivery metrics.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder relationship-management skills, including customer expectation management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • CAPM or PMP certification preferred; candidates pursuing PMI certification are encouraged to apply.
  • Proactive, self-motivated interest in developing a career in project management, customer delivery, or Technical Account Management.
