Description

  • Oversee the end-to-end workflow for video projects from concept and scripting through editing and final delivery.
  • Define project milestones, set deadlines, and hold creative teams accountable for on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with videographers, editors, and scriptwriters to balance workloads and optimize team capacity.
  • Review and approve social posts for copy accuracy, tagging, formatting, video rendering, and brand alignment before publication.
  • Ensure social media posting schedules are maintained consistently without gaps.
  • Pull, synthesize, and report on YouTube analytics, including watch time, retention rate, CTR, and audience demographics.
  • Prepare and lead monthly or quarterly client calls to present performance reports and project updates.
  • Translate analytics and client feedback into actionable recommendations for future video and social strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding video and organic social media deliverables.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in project management, account management, or social media coordination.
  • Agency experience is a major plus.
  • Proven experience managing video production workflows or working closely with creative teams.
  • Strong familiarity with major social media platforms and their native analytics tools.
  • Impeccable organization and comfort working in project management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail for catching typos, formatting issues, and off-brand visuals.
  • Polished communication skills with the ability to lead presentations and performance calls with external clients.
  • High responsiveness and urgency when working with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience with Asana, HubSpot, or ClustDoc is preferred.
  • Experience with Hootsuite or similar social scheduling tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Gemini, Claude, and organic social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn is preferred.
