Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through targeted outbound outreach.
Set calendar appointments for Account Executives quickly and accurately.
Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to prospective clients.
Cold call and contact new prospects to generate interest and meetings.
Work collaboratively with teammates in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned KPIs and activity targets.
Help support client growth by maintaining a positive, customer-service-oriented approach.
Adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities in a dynamic startup environment.

Requirements

2+ years of sales experience in a Business Development Specialist role.
Proven ability to meet or exceed pre-assigned KPIs and activity targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting across all levels of the organization.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
Working knowledge of the internet, e-commerce, and Microsoft Office products.
Quality- and detail-oriented mindset.
Willingness to cold call and pick up the phone to reach new prospects.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a constantly changing environment.
Competitive, self-managing, and proactive attitude with a strong desire for growth and learning.
Preferred: experience in a high-energy startup environment.

$65,000 annual base salary plus commission, with an on-target earnings potential of $100,000.
