  • Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through targeted outbound outreach.
  • Set calendar appointments for Account Executives quickly and accurately.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to prospective clients.
  • Cold call and contact new prospects to generate interest and meetings.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned KPIs and activity targets.
  • Help support client growth by maintaining a positive, customer-service-oriented approach.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities in a dynamic startup environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a Business Development Specialist role.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed pre-assigned KPIs and activity targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Working knowledge of the internet, e-commerce, and Microsoft Office products.
  • Quality- and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to cold call and pick up the phone to reach new prospects.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a constantly changing environment.
  • Competitive, self-managing, and proactive attitude with a strong desire for growth and learning.
  • Preferred: experience in a high-energy startup environment.

  • $65,000 annual base salary plus commission, with an on-target earnings potential of $100,000.
