Description

  • Work with multiple law firms as a fractional COO and serve as a right-hand partner to firm leadership.
  • Provide strategic advice and business guidance across all aspects of client operations.
  • Develop and streamline operational processes for client firms.
  • Establish reports and key performance indicators to track performance.
  • Serve as an accountability partner, mentor, and knowledge resource for client teams.
  • Communicate the service offering to potential clients through sales efforts.
  • Present and assist at workshops, events, and weekly sessions as needed.
  • Help firms hire, delegate, and manage employees to build self-managing operations.
  • Guide firms on scaling their practice, managing projects, and achieving long-term goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing at least 3 direct reports and 10 total team members.
  • 3+ years of experience working at a law firm or with a law firm in a coaching, consulting, or fractional capacity.
  • Experience creating and managing operations for a company with at least $5M in annual revenue.
  • Experience managing the budget for a company with at least $5M in annual revenue.
  • Proficient with Google and Microsoft programs.
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and self-starter mindset.
  • Ability to advise on strategy based on operations, technology, and financials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in sales and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, CMS, intake software, and accounting software.
  • Ability to travel as needed to clients and Quarterly Workshops.
  • EOS Integrator experience preferred.
