Requirements

  • Exceptional fluency in Italian, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum English proficiency at B2 level.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to live and work in Greece.
  • Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment.
