Description

  • Design and implement standardized renewal journeys based on customer value and complexity.
  • Automate high-volume renewals and create workback schedules for enterprise accounts.
  • Build CRM and Gainsight workflows to enable proactive risk identification ahead of renewal.
  • Develop renewal planning and forecasting cadences to maintain visibility into the book of business.
  • Own the weekly renewals forecast aggregation and formalization.
  • Improve reporting infrastructure for risk aging, engagement gaps, and forecast accuracy.
  • Partner with leadership to design mitigation strategies and build playbooks, enablement assets, and tracking mechanisms.
  • Support development and enforcement of commercial contract renewal standards across Customer Success.
  • Audit and continuously improve renewal processes to reduce friction for internal teams and customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to scale commercial processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Renewals Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Risk Management in an Enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex commercial policies into streamlined workflows in Salesforce or Gainsight.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS contract mechanics, including multi-year terms, uplift caps, and termination logic.
  • Experience using retention data to diagnose root causes for cancellations and downgrades.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Sales to formalize and scale commercial processes.
  • Ability to build segmented, process-based mitigations from analytical insights.
  • Experience with renewal planning, forecasting, and commercial risk management in a scaled SaaS business.
  • Preferred: experience driving proactive risk identification and renewal operations at enterprise scale.
