Description

  • Architect agentic workflows using AWS Step Functions and Bedrock Agents to solve multi-step business problems.
  • Drive implementation of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) across the organization to standardize AI access to business data.
  • Design human-in-the-loop automations using UiPath Action Center as a safety gate for AI-driven decisions.
  • Manage vector database indexing and retrieval strategies to improve enterprise search quality and reduce hallucinations.
  • Partner with Integration and Application Engineering teams to turn REST APIs into user-facing AI tools.
  • Lead code reviews and architectural discussions to maintain code quality and system integrity.
  • Work with Product Management and business stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on AI prompt engineering, MCP server development, and UiPath best practices.
  • Participate in a production support rotation, resolve complex issues, and perform root-cause analysis to improve resiliency.
  • Help drive Agile/Scrum execution and support consistent delivery of high-impact features.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building highly scalable applications or enterprise-grade integration services.
  • 5+ years of programming experience with JavaScript (Node.js), TypeScript, Python, or similar modern languages.
  • 1+ years of experience building AI features using generative AI or agentic workflows with measurable business impact.
  • Advanced experience with AWS services such as Step Functions, EventBridge, SQS, and SNS.
  • Deep knowledge of MCP, REST APIs, and modern authentication methods such as OAuth.
  • Experience with UiPath Integration Service and Action Center.
  • Experience with observability platforms such as Datadog or CloudWatch for troubleshooting and root-cause analysis in production environments.
  • Ability to work autonomously on large projects, break work into accurate plans, and provide regular updates to product managers and project teams.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical industry experience.
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis.
