Description

  • Own mission-critical product surfaces that drive adoption, revenue, and ecosystem health.
  • Lead the development of robust APIs, webhooks, and SDKs for deep custom integrations across Smartsheet services.
  • Ensure APIs are scalable, secure, and able to support advanced enterprise use cases.
  • Define and execute the pricing and monetization strategy for the Public API.
  • Set and evolve the product vision and strategy for the Developer Ecosystem in alignment with company priorities.
  • Own the developer journey from discovery through activation and long-term retention, including documentation, onboarding, sandbox experience, and ecosystem standards.
  • Define and track ecosystem health metrics such as time-to-first-integration, SDK adoption, and integration diversity.
  • Identify opportunities for API-driven automation and intelligent defaults to improve developer and user experience.
  • Prioritize opportunities using user research, experimentation, and technical understanding.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to deliver scalable, intuitive experiences and validate them through experimentation and staged rollouts.
  • Ensure instrumentation and feedback loops are in place to continuously improve the platform.
  • Align senior functional leaders on strategy and long-term platform investments while driving clarity and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 1 year leading a B2B developer platform, API, or ecosystem product.
  • Proven ability to understand and differentiate the needs of Enterprise Developers and tech-savvy business users.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design, webhooks, authentication and authorization frameworks, integration patterns, and low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Experience with modern DevOps practices.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering pricing and monetization strategies for platform and API services.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across product, engineering, sales, and marketing.
  • Hands-on experience working with client engineering teams to drive API adoption or build integrations.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand system architectures and data flows.
  • Legally eligible to work in Bulgaria on an ongoing basis.
  • Fluency in English is required.
