Description

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Health within Shopping Experience.
  • Lead zero-to-one product bets from discovery through scaled launch and iteration.
  • Partner with design and research to understand customer needs around inspiration, dietary filters, and health-forward discovery.
  • Translate user insights into simple, elegant product experiences.
  • Define success metrics and run experimentation programs, including A/B tests and multivariate tests.
  • Use analytics to improve outcomes such as engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, operations, partnerships, legal, and privacy to deliver responsible features at scale.
  • Build alignment across diverse stakeholders and communicate tradeoffs and decisions clearly.
  • Prioritize work to maximize customer and business impact in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience building consumer products.
  • Experience owning end-to-end user experiences from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Proven track record shipping zero-to-one products with measurable impact and scaling them to broad adoption.
  • Hands-on experience working with product design and user research to create PRDs, prototypes, and shipped features.
  • Data fluency with experimentation and analytics, including defining success metrics, partnering on A/B tests, and interpreting results.
  • SQL proficiency or equivalent analytics tooling experience.
  • Experience operating in highly cross-functional environments and influencing without authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in health, nutrition, wellness, or other regulated consumer product spaces preferred.
  • Background in e-commerce, marketplaces, personalization/recommendation systems, search, or content experiences preferred.
  • Startup or startup-within-a-startup experience in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations relevant to health, such as recipes, nutrition data, or health data platforms preferred.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills preferred.

  • Highly market-competitive compensation.
  • Base salary range of $221,000-$233,000 USD in CA, NY, CT, and NJ.
  • Base salary range of $212,000-$223,500 USD in WA.
  • Base salary range of $203,000-$214,000 USD in OR, DE, ME, MA, MD, NH, RI, VT, DC, PA, VA, CO, TX, IL, and HI.
  • Base salary range of $184,000-$194,000 USD in all other states.
  • Eligibility for a new hire equity grant.
  • Eligibility for annual refresh equity grants.
  • Access to Instacart benefits offerings.
