Description

  • Lead, develop, and grow a team of Product Operations Managers across multiple levels.
  • Design and own the product operating model, including planning cycles, goals frameworks, launch processes, and team rhythms.
  • Partner with Directors and VPs to surface operational insights that inform investment and prioritization decisions.
  • Set the tooling strategy for Product Operations and drive adoption of systems, including Smartsheet, that improve accountability and visibility.
  • Define role standards, hiring bars, and development paths for the Product Operations function.
  • Embed AI-augmented workflows into team operations and model a builder mindset.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, design, GTM, and finance.
  • Present operational complexity clearly to executive leadership, including VP and CPO-level stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product operations, strategy and operations, or program management.
  • At least 2–3 years of people management experience.
  • Deep experience designing operational systems that scale across a product organization.
  • Strong executive communication skills and the ability to present complexity without losing nuance.
  • Track record of building and developing high-performing operations teams.
  • Data-driven, outcome-oriented approach with the ability to connect operational decisions to business metrics.
  • Experience influencing without authority across multiple functions and levels.
  • Experience building or scaling a Product Operations function from the ground up (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI tooling strategy in an operational context (preferred).
  • Background in GTM or launch operations at a SaaS or platform company (preferred).

  • US base salary range of $170,000 to $230,000.
