Description

  • Shape product strategy and roadmap using market, competitive, and user feedback to help teams prioritize.
  • Design and execute commercialization strategies across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering.
  • Build data-driven analyses and track launch indicators to assess user launch success and recommend post-launch ramp actions.
  • Identify and implement new ways to better scale and execute future user launches.
  • Define and iterate on customer segmentation, product positioning, and pricing models for new products.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to set targets, plan tactics, and drive deal pipeline creation, user launches, and ramps.
  • Recommend actions to improve product adoption and revenue growth based on data and user feedback.
  • Track projects, timelines, commitments, and customer deliverables on internal initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of work experience with a consistent track record of excellence, or similar experience in management consulting, business operations, or product management.
  • Experience working at the intersection of product and go-to-market teams in a software company.
  • Ability to understand complex technical products and communicate their value to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience structuring and solving ambiguous strategic problems and owning end-to-end execution.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects with multiple functional stakeholders.
  • Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders, including users.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with SQL and using data to identify trends, generate insights, and solve problems (preferred).
  • Experience in a fintech or payments-focused technology company (preferred).
  • Experience as a product manager in a high-growth technology startup (preferred).
  • Experience in an externally facing role engaging with users (preferred).
