Description

  • Manage multiple CSR and Inclusion workstreams from ambiguity through execution with strong organizational rigor.
  • Administer global employee resource group and volunteer program tracking tools.
  • Maintain outreach to ERG leads and volunteer coordinators to ensure accurate data input, program visibility, and operational support.
  • Build and maintain Smartsheet sheets, reports, and dashboards for global metrics and impact reporting.
  • Support Bengaluru-specific volunteerism and inclusion initiatives to grow Smartsheet's regional footprint and employee experience.
  • Coordinate with global teams and local Bengaluru employees to balance business needs with the volunteer experience.
  • Track, measure, and execute Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives with excellence.
  • Provide tactical execution and analytical data management support as processes are being defined.

Requirements

  • High proficiency in Smartsheet or a similar project management system.
  • Experience building complex reports and dashboards.
  • Proven ability to manage and track multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or Inclusion.
  • Understanding of the global corporate landscape and ability to grow with an evolving role.
  • A strong doer mentality with compassion for employee volunteers.
  • Exposure to or knowledge of Section 135 of the Companies Act 2013, India’s CSR law, is preferred.
  • Experience working with NGOs in a CSR-related capacity is a significant advantage.
  • Comfort operating effectively when processes are still being defined.
