Description

  • Manage and lead QA for files.
  • Assemble weekly project reports.
  • Track updates from artists, leads, and clients.
  • Organize submissions for delivery to the client.
  • Kick off assets approved by the Art Director.
  • Organize and prepare materials for team distribution.
  • Assist with meeting notes from the Project Manager.
  • Support asset submissions and file handoff workflows.
  • Create handbooks, guides, and tutorials for team members.
  • Help develop creative solutions to project workflow issues.

Requirements

  • Previous production experience in the gaming industry and/or app development such as mobile or VR.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe Suite, Google Docs/Sheets, and at least one project tracking tool such as Monday, Jira, Shotgrid, or PureRef.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills for weekly reporting, file sharing, note taking, and file transfer/submissions.
  • Proactive personality with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Prior animation background in the game industry.
  • A solid understanding of animation workflows is a bonus.
  • Experience specifically with Jira or Airtable is a bonus.
  • Academic background in video games is a bonus.
  • Experience with art creation tools such as Maya, 3DS Max, Photoshop, Substance Painter, and Unreal Engine is a bonus.
  • This is a fully remote, ongoing contract position, and it is not available to California residents.
