Description

Monitor project tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress to ensure completion.
Identify issues, analyze risks, and coordinate actions to keep projects on schedule.
Create detailed Gantt chart schedules to support cross-functional alignment and on-time delivery of Manufacturing Engineering deliverables.
Proactively identify schedule risks such as supply chain delays, technical hurdles, resource conflicts, and external dependencies.
Ensure the necessary people, equipment, and facilities are available according to the project schedule.
Facilitate communication between the automation team, manufacturing engineering product-aligned teams, and stakeholders.
Organize department communication channels, document storage, and information sharing across tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, Box, and Slack.
Develop standardized documentation templates and presentation frameworks for team meetings and executive reviews.
Distill meeting notes into actionable items and help ensure team accountability.
Develop and execute strategies to engage manufacturing engineers across all Anduril sites, and coordinate department-wide events and leadership meetings.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience as a project or program coordinator.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Reliable self-starter who is highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
Ability to handle complex projects in a highly collaborative team environment.
Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
Knowledge or experience with Confluence/JIRA, SharePoint, and Airtable is a plus.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
