Description

  • Lead planning and prioritization of ML platform initiatives across teams and business needs.
  • Define and operationalize success metrics for platform performance, monitoring, and adoption.
  • Own prioritization of systems supporting LLM workflows, including prompt iteration, retrieval, and fine-tuning.
  • Partner with Data Science and ML Engineering across the machine learning lifecycle.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across complex data systems and communicate business impact.
  • Contribute to modeling strategy by productizing and generalizing work for broader team use.
  • Enable research and experimentation while keeping product and business goals in view.
  • Write, standardize, and maintain product and technical documentation.
  • Develop a roadmap of product enhancements, features, and platform solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle from inception to launch.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of product management experience focused on internal technical product management.
  • 2-3+ years working with Data Science and ML products and tooling.
  • Experience building internal tools and platform features that serve a full product suite.
  • Ability to translate technical work and requirements into business goals and impact, and vice versa.
  • Experience working at an early-stage company or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Awareness of GPU constraints, including job scheduling, cost, and GPU availability.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and other technical teams.
  • Experience managing both external and internal stakeholders such as Customer Success and Implementations.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in healthtech, ideally in RCM and/or B2B products (preferred).
  • Experience as a software engineer, data scientist, or in an equivalent role (preferred).
  • Proficiency in SQL (preferred).
  • Familiarity with tools like Datadog and Hex (preferred).
