Description

  • Manage a portfolio of existing live customers on the SmarterDx platform.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders across hospital and health system organizations.
  • Lead hand-offs from Sales to Customer Success through implementation and go-live.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and secure needed resources.
  • Monitor client performance and report on financial impact to customer executives.
  • Drive product expansion and support renewal execution with sales.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform internal teams and product enhancements.
  • Surface customer success stories and help build a list of reference customers.
  • Coordinate implementations with clients and internal teams to ensure successful launches when needed.
  • Contribute to implementation plans, customer success playbooks, and onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in customer success or account management with hospital and/or health system clients.
  • Hospital revenue cycle experience is essential.
  • Strong project management, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to balance detail-oriented work with big-picture thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult customer conversations respectfully and offer alternative solutions.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments and using critical thinking to figure things out.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles or responsibilities across projects, such as PM, CSM, trainer, process designer, or QA.
  • Prior startup experience, especially as an early member of a Customer Success team, is preferred.
  • Experience using Jira to create and manage tasks and issues is preferred.
  • Strong experience with data analytics is preferred.
