Description

  • Design, build, and maintain full stack applications using JavaScript and Python-based backend technologies.
  • Develop responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces guided by strong UI/UX principles.
  • Design and optimize data models using PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Write, debug, and maintain unit and end-to-end tests to support reliability and maintainability.
  • Use AI-powered tools such as Cursor and Copilot to improve efficiency and automation.
  • Lead and mentor engineers through guidance and code reviews.
  • Conduct technical interviews and create technical assessments to support hiring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Build automation scripts and integrate APIs with tools such as Lever ATS.
  • Improve tagging systems, data management, and development workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • 5+ years of experience building responsive and accessible web applications with a focus on UI/UX.
  • 5+ years of experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • 5+ years of backend development experience with Node.js, Express, NestJS, or Python.
  • 2+ years of experience working with PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases.
  • 1+ year of experience with unit testing, debugging, and end-to-end testing.
  • 1+ year of experience using AI-powered tools such as Cursor or Copilot.
  • 1+ year of experience in team leadership or mentorship, including conducting technical interviews.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to AI/ML technologies and data-driven applications is preferred.
