Description

  • Maintain and support the live AngularJS codebase.
  • Migrate AngularJS components and features to Angular 21 in staged releases without disrupting production.
  • Build Angular 21 features using standalone components, signals, OnPush, and Nx monorepo practices.
  • Translate business requirements into technical tasks, estimates, and deliverable work.
  • Identify and raise risks or problems early during development.
  • Work in sprints and maintain accurate ticket updates.
  • Review pull requests and participate in code review.
  • Evaluate relevant Angular developments for potential adoption.
  • Support frontend migration efforts focused on performance and platform stability.

Requirements

  • Strong experience reading, maintaining, and rewriting AngularJS codebases.
  • 2+ years of experience building and shipping Angular applications using Angular 20 or newer.
  • Strong TypeScript skills and modern Angular knowledge, including standalone components, signals, new control flow syntax, and RxJS.
  • Experience with .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work independently.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience migrating legacy frontends to modern frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience with Nx, PrimeNG, Angular Material, Vitest, C#, Web API, Entity Framework, SQL Server, IIS, or Windows Server is preferred.
  • Experience with Bitbucket, JIRA, TeamCity, or Octopus Deploy is preferred.
