Description

  • Analyze and refine business requirements into robust technical architectures.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for AI-enabled software features.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and improve AI agents and orchestration frameworks for complex workflows.
  • Build, maintain, and scale backend, frontend, and database components supporting AI solutions.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for international clients.
  • Implement automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for AI systems.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines to support reliable, low-risk deployments.
  • Research and propose tools, frameworks, and methodologies that improve productivity and product performance.

Requirements

  • Significant professional full-stack software development experience.
  • Backend experience with Python, Node.js, or Go.
  • Frontend experience with React or Next.js and database design experience.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Expertise in automated testing of non-deterministic AI outputs, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Deep experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt and context engineering, and multi-agent systems.
  • Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Claude Code, Codex, or similar agentic tools.
  • Advanced or fluent English for international client collaboration.
  • Comfort leading work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
