Description

  • Train clients via Zoom and recorded video walkthroughs.
  • Guide users step-by-step through Smart platform features.
  • Provide calm, confident client support and answer questions clearly.
  • Represent the Smart brand with professionalism and patience.
  • Help customers learn how to use the software effectively.
  • Support users during onboarding and training interactions.

Requirements

  • Excellent English with a clear, soft-spoken, and confident communication style.
  • 1+ year of experience in training, onboarding, or support.
  • Reliable internet connection, webcam, and microphone.
  • Presentable on camera, including a clean background and business attire.
  • Quiet home workspace; green screen is optional.
  • Software training or onboarding background is a bonus.
  • Ability to learn and explain software quickly is preferred.
  • Experience in Customer Education, Enablement, or Implementation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Experience handling high-value or demanding customers is a plus.
