Description

  • Complete an intensive onboarding and transition into an Assistant General Manager role.
  • Learn and oversee workflow operations, team management, customer experience, and sales execution.
  • Take full ownership of shop operations, including P&L, hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Improve operational performance using financial metrics, KPIs, workflows, and daily operational discipline.
  • Lead and mentor teams to build high-performing shop-level operations.
  • Scale leadership across 2–3 locations as a Senior GM or Multi-Shop Leader.
  • Oversee 3–4+ locations and support new shop launches as a Multi-Shop Operator.
  • Lead a district of 6+ shops and partner with the Head of Operations on strategy and business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
  • 6–10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, retail, hospitality, logistics, automotive, or a related service industry.
  • Demonstrated success owning P&L outcomes, managing teams, and improving performance.
  • Experience hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong track record in customer-facing environments with measurable results.
  • Multi-unit exposure or readiness to step into multi-store leadership is a plus.
  • High operational rigor with the ability to run workflows, systems, and daily operations consistently.
  • Strong analytical decision-making skills with comfort using financial metrics and KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership presence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to relocate within a region as opportunities scale (preferred).
