Description

  • Achieve monthly cash collection targets across renewals, upsells, and upgrades.
  • Deliver high customer satisfaction and maintain strong renewal rates.
  • Manage and track the customer success pipeline in a data-driven way.
  • Prioritize ticket resolution to support monthly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with accounting, corporate secretary, product, and data teams to improve renewal processes.
  • Share best practices with the team and contribute proactively to process improvement.
  • Handle complex customer situations, troubleshooting, and escalations.
  • Take ownership of new projects and see them through to completion.
  • Participate in cross-functional problem solving to resolve issues internally and externally.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success in a customer-facing role with sales targets.
  • Experience working with SMEs, startups, or fast-paced environments.
  • Exposure to different cultures and comfort working with an international customer base.
  • Ability to resolve issues by collaborating internally and externally.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Zendesk, and HubSpot.
  • Experience handling complex customers, troubleshooting, and escalations.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take new projects from start to finish.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and structured thinking.
  • Customer-centric, data-driven, and comfortable having difficult conversations positively.
