Description

  • Set and deliver ambitious MQL and SQL targets, and own revenue and funnel performance.
  • Improve conversion across the full funnel from traffic to opportunity and identify leakage points.
  • Build and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns focused on measurable ROI.
  • Increase high-intent inbound leads, website conversion rates, and marketing-sourced pipeline.
  • Develop structured cross-sell and upsell marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee SlashData.co performance, messaging, positioning, and conversion optimisation.
  • Plan and execute commercially valuable PR and content distribution partnerships.
  • Align daily with Sales, report marketing performance weekly to the CEO, and monthly to leadership.
  • Own measurement, reporting, dashboards, and continuous testing across marketing activities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, data, or research.
  • Strong experience in demand generation and funnel optimisation.
  • Proven track record of increasing MQLs and improving conversion rates.
  • Experience working in close alignment with Sales.
  • Strong analytical mindset with confidence in marketing metrics and CRM data.
  • Experience building and executing performance-focused marketing strategies.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Zoho or similar.
  • Commercially minded, target-driven, and comfortable being accountable for measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, distributed team.
  • Experience in marketing research, analytics, or data products is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with developer audiences or developer marketing is a bonus.
  • Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) is a bonus.
  • Experience significantly improving MQL to SQL conversion rates is a bonus.
  • Experience using AI tools to optimise marketing performance is a bonus.
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks from scratch is a bonus.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of €36,000 to €42,000 depending on experience and location.
  • Additional bonus based on company profitability.
