Description

  • Lead measurement strategy for HCP and DTC campaigns, including marketing mix modeling, attribution, incrementality testing, brand affinity, and lift studies.
  • Build, run, and refine statistical models to evaluate media effectiveness and predict campaign outcomes.
  • Integrate and analyze healthcare, claims, and identity-based datasets to quantify media impact.
  • Connect omnichannel media exposure across TV, search, display, paid social, radio, and programmatic channels to business and promotional KPIs.
  • Query, structure, and analyze large datasets in Snowflake using a Bronze/Silver/Gold data architecture.
  • Use SQL, Python, R, and statistical platforms to clean, transform, model, and validate data.
  • Develop Tableau and Looker dashboards for real-time insights and executive reporting.
  • Translate modeling outputs into actionable business narratives and executive-ready client presentations.
  • Collaborate with media strategy, data strategy, engineering, and account teams to align measurement and reporting with business objectives.
  • Mentor analysts and promote technical rigor, innovation, and cross-functional partnership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, media measurement, or marketing analytics, preferably in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
  • Hands-on experience with linear regression, marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, lift studies, and/or predictive modeling.
  • Strong SQL, Snowflake, Python, and/or R skills for large-scale data cleaning, transformation, analysis, and modeling.
  • Experience with healthcare data sources such as IQVIA, Crossix, PurpleLab, Experian, Medicaid, claims data, or identity-based data.
  • Strong Tableau and/or Looker skills for detailed analysis and executive-level reporting.
  • Ability to translate complex statistical outputs into clear business narratives for clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAS, SPSS, or similar statistical tools preferred.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
