Description

  • Assess client data systems and design data management frameworks.
  • Build and maintain a centralized data repository.
  • Implement data validation, cleansing, governance, and quality controls.
  • Configure access controls using least-privilege principles.
  • Develop backup and disaster-recovery plans.
  • Automate data collection, transformation, reporting, and pipeline processes.
  • Maintain data dictionaries and enforce naming standards.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the government Contracting Officer and COR.
  • Oversee contract activities, including analyst team work.
  • Respond to client requests within 24 hours.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience.
  • Strong database architecture, development, and administration experience.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, window functions, and performance tuning.
  • Experience developing automated reports and reporting systems.
  • Hands-on experience building data frameworks.
  • General knowledge of AWS.
  • Experience improving data governance, quality, security, and access control.
  • Experience serving as a trusted client or contract point of contact.
  • Ability to work calmly under deadlines and resolve data issues.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
  • Federal statistical, data, or reporting program experience preferred.
  • Experience with Python, Java, SQL, and Tableau preferred.
  • AWS certification preferred.
