Description

  • Develop and communicate a long-term product vision and strategic narrative for the product ecosystem.
  • Define and lead a cohesive product strategy across hardware, software, and IoT-enabled solutions.
  • Transform the product landscape into a clear, scalable portfolio and platform strategy.
  • Prioritize competing demands by balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with external partners.
  • Connect product decisions to revenue, adoption, retention, pricing, and other commercial outcomes.
  • Partner with commercial teams to define value propositions and monetization strategies.
  • Ensure integration between physical containers, IoT infrastructure, digital platforms, and data-driven services.
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Owners.
  • Align engineering, hardware, commercial, and operations stakeholders around customer needs and shared product goals.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in product management, including senior leadership roles.
  • Experience building, scaling, or transforming complex product ecosystems.
  • Strong experience with physical-digital products, including hardware, IoT, connected devices, software platforms, cloud environments, data platforms, or digital ecosystems.
  • Experience owning end-to-end product portfolios from product-market fit discovery through scaling, maturity, and in-market management.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to engage deeply with engineering teams, even without being expected to code.
  • A collaborative leadership style with strong strategic thinking, a data-driven approach, and sound judgment.
  • Passion for building strong teams, developing talent, and enabling diverse perspectives to thrive.
  • Open to candidates from adjacent industries and non-traditional career paths, even if not all listed qualifications are met.
