Description

  • Define the architecture and scope of planning tooling, including what to build, what to integrate, and how planning data flows across connected systems.
  • Develop a long-term product strategy and roadmap that can scale with Anduril’s production ambitions.
  • Manage and synthesize requirements across operations, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and finance into a prioritized backlog.
  • Communicate roadmap, progress, constraints, and tradeoffs to a broad set of stakeholders as the product matures.
  • Evaluate and incorporate technologies such as optimization engines, AI-assisted scheduling, and modern data infrastructure.
  • Drive adoption and enablement of planning tools across operations and business teams.
  • Conduct onsite user research, gather internal expert feedback, review product data, and investigate industry practices to discover problems and shape solutions.
  • Translate user needs and workflows into well-scoped requirements and success hypotheses.
  • Support execution from design through delivery and help close gaps needed to ship solutions.
  • Make sequencing and product decisions that balance foundational infrastructure work with urgent operational needs.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in product management or a similar product leadership role.
  • Domain expertise in hardware-related industries such as production planning, supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems including ERP, MRP/APS, WMS, MES, and PLM, with a point of view on where they fall short.
  • Experience building foundational or platform-level products with core data models, system boundaries, and integration patterns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to balance requirements across engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with internal and external stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into component parts and sequence the work correctly.
  • Proven ability to craft product strategy 6 to 12 months into the future.
  • Comfort taking a product from MVP to enterprise-grade production.
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • U.S. Person status is required due to access to export-controlled data.
  • Experience with production planning, capacity planning, or demand planning systems and methodologies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with optimization, scheduling, or constraint-based planning approaches is preferred.
  • Experience standing up net-new internal tools or platforms in high-growth environments is preferred.
