Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media, email marketing, SEO, and display advertising.
  • Oversee SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and manage paid search (PPC) campaigns to improve lead generation and sales.
  • Develop and manage content marketing strategies for blogs, landing pages, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and provide insights on ROI and areas for improvement.
  • Use customer data and analytics to target the right audiences and create personalized marketing strategies that convert.
  • Increase brand visibility and reach through organic and paid strategies, including influencer marketing and social media.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and build brand loyalty across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistency across marketing efforts and maximize campaign performance.
  • Continuously run A/B tests and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and achieve better results.
  • Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget to ensure resources are spent effectively to meet business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Strategist, or similar role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, content strategy, and social media marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of online advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience creating and executing digital campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and customer segmentation.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
