Description

  • Partner with Account Executives and executive leadership to present Sitetracker to prospective customers.
  • Deliver compelling, value-based demonstrations remotely and in person to a range of stakeholder audiences.
  • Understand prospect business processes and translate them into Sitetracker value and solution fit.
  • Configure and extend the Salesforce-based Sitetracker solution to meet prospect requirements.
  • Shadow sales cycles and demonstrations to build product and presales expertise.
  • Own the presales portion of sales cycles by developing and delivering tailored demos.
  • Work with Service Delivery to create accurate scoping information for prospects.
  • Contribute to configuration of the primary demo org and create demo scripts for Sales and Presales.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management to help influence the product roadmap.
  • Participate in hiring and mentoring new presales team members.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated history of delivering value-based demonstrations remotely and in person.
  • Ability to present to a range of stakeholders, from project managers to CEOs and company owners.
  • Ability to quickly understand prospect business processes and translate them into value delivered by Sitetracker.
  • Ability to configure and extend a Salesforce-based solution to meet prospect requirements.
  • Ability to learn new industries and deepen expertise in industries you already know.
  • Sitetracker Certified within 60 days.
  • Completion of Trailhead training within 60 days.
  • Salesforce ISV configuration experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience in strategic industries such as Telecom, Energy, utilities, or similar is preferred.
  • Ability to close new business and contribute to presales process improvements.

  • Hiring range of $180,000 - $240,000 OTE for NY-based roles.
  • Hiring range of $180,000 - $240,000 OTE for Colorado-based roles.
