Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and build long-term, consultative partnerships.
  • Lead customer check-ins, document interactions, and track account-level projects.
  • Prepare and present impact reviews, quarterly business reviews, and recommendations to customers.
  • Perform account health audits and communicate actions to improve customer outcomes.
  • Collect and organize customer product feedback to inform internal product development and service improvements.
  • Own a portfolio of customer accounts across industries and customer segments.
  • Identify customer hiring practices, business goals, and opportunities for account growth.
  • Train customers on Lever best practices through webinars, targeted training sessions, and product demos.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to support onboarding, renewals, and seamless customer transitions.
  • Advocate internally for customer needs, highlight customer successes, and help improve processes and workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer relationship, account management, or similar experience in SaaS.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles analyzing accounts, identifying churn signals, and spotting account growth opportunities.
  • Hands-on experience delivering product training to external customers.
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience delivering value-based communications and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at different seniority levels.
  • Empathy for customers and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience identifying opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
  • Comfort working in a fast-growing startup environment where the role and function are still evolving.
  • Ability to complete certification in Product, Reports, and Lever Talent Intelligence (LTI) within 3 months.
  • Experience with renewals, upsell support, or account expansion in partnership with sales (preferred).
