Description

  • Lead and coach revenue cycle management teams across onshore and offshore environments.
  • Improve collections performance and reduce operating costs through data analytics and automation.
  • Oversee denial management and root-cause analysis to address payer and billing issues.
  • Manage offshore vendors and partnerships supporting revenue cycle operations.
  • Drive scalable process improvements in a fast-moving, complex payer environment.
  • Collaborate with clinical, IT, accounts payable, and operations teams on revenue cycle initiatives.
  • Use leadership escalation paths and operational insights to resolve barriers affecting patient access and network performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of revenue cycle management leadership experience.
  • Experience leading RCM teams across onshore and offshore environments.
  • 3+ years of data analytics and automation experience.
  • Expertise in denial management and root-cause analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing payer trends and complex operational issues.
  • Radiology or imaging billing experience (preferred).
  • Offshore vendor management experience (preferred).
  • Coding experience and familiarity with Imagine systems (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
