Description

  • Build consultative relationships with prospective Financial Services partners and present tailored solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders at prospective and existing partner organizations.
  • Articulate the value of the Signifyd platform to both operational teams and senior leadership.
  • Develop a working understanding of payments, e-commerce, fraud prevention, and the underlying technology landscape.
  • Represent Signifyd at industry events, partner meetings, and client meetings.
  • Translate client needs into actionable requirements and technical concepts into business value.
  • Serve as the primary internal project manager for active client engagements.
  • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Business Development to align internal milestones with external commitments.
  • Hold internal teams accountable to timelines, proactively flag risks, and drive resolution when deliverables are at risk.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate roadmap timelines and build client-facing deadlines into planning cycles.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B financial services, e-commerce, payments, risk, fraud, or a related solutions, sales support, or technical implementation role.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and hard external deadlines.
  • Experience working alongside or within Product and Engineering teams.
  • Understanding of product development cycles and how to advocate for external commitments within internal planning processes.
  • Familiarity with legal contracting processes in a B2B context.
  • Ability to discuss technical topics with engineers and translate them for a business audience.
  • Experience scoping technical requirements from discovery through integration planning.
  • Background in business analysis, consulting, finance, or a technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Product Manager, or Implementation Manager is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into a compelling story.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
