Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of consultants and subject matter experts.
  • Manage assignments, priorities, workloads, staffing, resources, performance, and deliverable quality.
  • Serve as a primary contact for CNIC stakeholders and lead working groups, status meetings, and engagements.
  • Translate Government requirements into execution plans, assignments, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Lead workforce assessments, organizational design, workforce realignment, and organizational improvement efforts.
  • Develop training programs, curricula, job aids, playbooks, communications, implementation plans, and executive briefings.
  • Support organizational change, policy and process adoption, knowledge management, and workforce development.
  • Lead Real Property accountability, audit readiness, internal controls, facility initiatives, and lifecycle activities.
  • Develop performance metrics and dashboards, track risks, and prepare executive reports, analyses, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of experience supporting DoD, DON, Federal Government, or similarly complex organizations.
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams, programs, or organizational initiatives.
  • Experience managing personnel, priorities, workloads, and deliverables.
  • Experience in workforce development, organizational management, change management, strategic planning, or process improvement.
  • Experience developing policies, SOPs, guidance, training, or strategic communications.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Active Secret clearance or higher.
  • Preferred: Navy, CNIC, NAVFAC, DLA, Real Property, audit readiness, workforce planning, training, POM/resource planning, change management, or organizational transformation experience; familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office; master’s degree or relevant certification.
