Description

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for new and expansion clients.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain client instances, including custom rules, filters, and coverage mappings.
  • Guide and validate SFTP, batch processing, real-time integration, and API-based data exchanges.
  • Lead placement file runs, return report analysis, end-to-end testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Advise revenue cycle executives, health system leaders, and IT stakeholders on implementation requirements and configurations.
  • Optimize implementation frameworks and establish scalable technical onboarding practices.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams.
  • Build, manage, and coach an implementation and support team while continuing to lead selected implementations directly.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex, technical software implementations in client-facing roles.
  • Experience managing implementation specialists.
  • Strong technical aptitude with data transmission methods, system integrations, and data pipeline troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage technical execution and project management independently without dedicated PM or technical support.
  • Exceptional analytical and attention-to-detail skills for auditing placement files, return data, and configurations.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented approach with experience delivering implementations within 30–90 days and achieving ROI within 30 days of contract execution.
  • Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience preferred.
  • Experience with large-scale healthcare implementations or EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner preferred.
