Description

Own full lifecycle recruiting activities for cleared and uncleared positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and the internal ATS database.
Manage approximately 4-6 active requisitions while supporting additional hiring needs tied to new federal contract awards.
Maintain a consistent weekly sourcing cadence to build pipelines for priority roles.
Conduct initial recruiter screens to evaluate qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Keep candidate information, workflows, and documentation accurate and up to date in the Applicant Tracking System.
Provide a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and follow-through.
Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, networking, and other talent-focused initiatives.

Requirements

1-3 years of recruiting or staffing experience.
Previous experience supporting government contracting or technical recruiting.
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced federal consulting environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize a high volume of recruiting activity.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to use creative sourcing strategies and Boolean searches.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on experience.

Exposure to DoD or federal civilian recruiting.
Familiarity with security clearances and government contracting terminology.
Experience supporting recruiting coordination and candidate scheduling.
