Description

  • Build React Native iOS and Android applications.
  • Architect, build, and maintain React Native applications with clean code.
  • Implement pixel-perfect user interfaces that match design specifications.
  • Create smooth animations and transitions that improve the user experience.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and web services into mobile app flows.
  • Write unit and integration tests for mobile features.
  • Work with native modules when required.
  • Collaborate with mobile team members, product managers, UX architects, and UI designers.
  • Mentor and coordinate with other React Native developers, QA professionals, and designers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience working with React Native.
  • 10+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience designing, implementing, debugging, refactoring, and testing end-to-end React Native iOS and Android applications.
  • Strong experience with mobile applications, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React Native, and Node development.
  • Experience with React, React Native, React DOM, JSX, ESLint, Jest, and snapshot/native testing libraries.
  • Experience with multi-threaded development.
  • Experience consuming REST/SOAP web services and parsing JSON and XML content.
  • Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
  • Knowledge of Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, and Java is preferred.
  • Experience releasing applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store is preferred.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership over work and follow React Native best practices.
  • Ability to work through difficult React Native issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
  • Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery for React Native applications.
  • Commitment to TDD, continuous integration, and code review practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
