Description

  • Own new merchant slotting, including Gastank capacity checks, fulfillment-center placement analysis, and go-live coordination.
  • Develop merchant inventory rebalancing plans, sequence moves, model capacity impacts, and coordinate execution with Operations.
  • Resolve same-day capacity requests and escalations from Sales, RevOps, Operations, and Sourcing.
  • Maintain and improve reporting and visibility tools used for capacity decision-making across cross-functional teams.
  • Support the Gastank capacity model, including data pipelines, input validation, and slotting and capacity assumptions.
  • Build relationships with SFN, Sourcing, Operations, RevOps, Sales, and SpaceBob to maintain accurate capacity signals.
  • Document runbooks and cross-train team members to provide backup coverage for slotting and inventory-planning tasks.
  • Escalate emerging capacity risks with data-backed recommendations to the Manager, Network & Capacity Planning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, e-commerce fulfillment, capacity planning, or network operations.
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL and Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with AI-supported model building, prompting, evaluation, or content creation using tools such as Claude, Replit, or Copilot is preferred.
  • Ability to make merchant-placement decisions with incomplete information in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience proactively managing cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, RevOps, Operations, and Sourcing.
  • Willingness to learn Gastank capacity-model logic and capacity-demand forecasting.
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline, with accountability for slotting and move-planning accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in complex, ambiguous situations under time pressure.
  • Availability to work remotely from India on a 6 p.m.–3 a.m. IST shift.
