Description

  • Develop division-, department-, class-, and style-level sales, margin, inventory, receipt, and demand plans for the Collaborations business.
  • Own open-to-buy management, sales and inventory forecasting, and reconciliation of style-level plans to department targets.
  • Manage inventory investments, in-stock levels, product availability, and assortment productivity across Collaboration categories and launches.
  • Analyze business performance and lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal recaps with actionable recommendations.
  • Adjust forecasts, inventory investments, and strategies with Merchandising and cross-functional partners to achieve financial targets.
  • Recommend and execute pricing, markdown, reorder, cancellation, and inventory-transfer strategies.
  • Partner with Sourcing on long-range and seasonal item-level forecasts aligned with production calendars and launch timing.
  • Support Amazon and other strategic channels with sales forecasts, inventory plans, replenishment, assortment, launch readiness, pricing, and promotions.
  • Monitor channel sales, inventory, in-stock levels, profitability, and promotional performance; provide reporting and recommendations.
  • Coordinate product, inventory, and promotional execution with E-commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, DC Operations, and external channel partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of merchandise planning experience; direct-to-consumer experience preferred.
  • Experience with Amazon and/or wholesale channels preferred.
  • Proficiency in retail math, merchandise forecasting, planning, and data analytics.
  • Ability to use sales and financial data to maximize profitability.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated decision-making and influencing ability across multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build cross-functional partnerships.
  • Advanced analytical application skills, including Excel; proficiency with PowerPoint and Word and willingness to learn new systems.
