Description

  • Manage a team of Account Executives across multiple levels.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to support accurate forecasting and quota attainment.
  • Monitor team activity and output using SFDC reports and dashboards.
  • Support Account Executives on new business opportunities and specific deals.
  • Work closely with the VP of Client Acquisition to ensure the team has the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Partner with Enablement to improve sales process and ShipBob product and operations knowledge.
  • Conduct call reviews, coaching, and performance management.
  • Provide feedback to Operations and Product teams to improve product and service quality.
  • Help increase conversion rates for merchants that fit the ideal client profile and shorten the sales cycle.
  • Participate in mentorship program interviews and help hire and train new Account Executives and SSAEs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales leadership experience.
  • Established track record of success as an Account Executive or in a sales closing role.
  • Consistent results in quota attainment.
  • Experience motivating, coaching, and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Proactive in providing feedback and collaborating with peers to improve the Account Executive process.
  • Strong knowledge of ShipBob’s competitors and how to sell against them.
  • Ability to work in a remote role from one of the approved states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, KS, KY, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, or WI.
