Description

  • Design and deploy a common social architecture across Shiftmove’s French operations.
  • Define and execute a multi-year strategy for collective bargaining agreements.
  • Lead discussions with employee representatives and trade unions to maintain constructive social relations.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of professional elections and the structuring of CSE representative bodies.
  • Advise HR Business Partners and executives on individual and collective labor matters.
  • Ensure compliance and develop training for managers on labor law best practices.
  • Manage and optimize the legal and social relations budget.
  • Support transformation projects by providing expert labor law counsel and legal engineering.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of French labor law, including collective bargaining, professional elections, and information consultation.
  • Significant experience in post-acquisition or post-M&A environments.
  • Experience harmonizing social statuses and legal frameworks across multiple entities.
  • Proven ability to design, lead, and conclude complex collective agreements.
  • Strong political intelligence and diplomacy when navigating sensitive stakeholder environments.
  • Experience managing legal fees and social-related expenditures with a focus on optimization.
  • French C2 level and English C1 level.
  • Experience advising leadership teams and HR stakeholders on labor and social relations matters (preferred).
