Description

  • Supervise and coach Patient Outreach Coordinators and Onboarding Specialists in daily performance and workflow execution.
  • Ensure patient communications are compliant, consistent, and aligned with the hospital pharmacy culture.
  • Audit team activity across DialPad, TelemetryRX, EMRs, and other systems to monitor communication quality and workflow efficiency.
  • Manage escalations, issues, and performance concerns involving outreach staff and hospital partners.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with hospital sites, onsite managers, regional operations teams, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Establish efficient workflows between outreach, onboarding, liaison, clinical integration, and management teams.
  • Manage team administrative processes including ADP, PTO, and time reports.
  • Lead team meetings and hospital management calls, including agendas, follow-up, notes, and status reviews.
  • Assist with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, access requests, and training for new team members.
  • Support special projects, business growth initiatives, and research needs for analytics and contracting teams.

Requirements

  • Active Florida state pharmacy technician license.
  • Active national pharmacy technician certification from PTCB or NHA.
  • Ability to work an assigned 8-hour shift between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. ET.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or sales with a demonstrated and proven sales record.
  • Experience or aptitude for leading others and establishing credibility in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
  • High integrity, dependability, discretion, and the ability to work with highly sensitive and private data.
  • Strong phone skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to quickly learn database systems; experience with Willow, Qs1, and RX30 is a plus.
