Description

  • Design scalable, maintainable full-stack systems aligned with the Digital Banking roadmap.
  • Drive technical design for modernization initiatives and the new Digital API integration layer.
  • Build, test, and maintain web, mobile, and platform features, including React Native iOS and Android applications.
  • Develop well-documented, tested frontend code in React and TypeScript and backend code in C# and ASP.NET Core.
  • Own work across design, implementation, code review, testing, deployment, and production monitoring.
  • Define API design standards and integration patterns for the Digital Banking platform.
  • Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines to support reliable delivery.
  • Lead code reviews, share knowledge, mentor teammates, and support onboarding.
  • Participate in Agile planning, standups, and retrospectives while identifying delivery and scope risks early.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated full-stack ownership.
  • Strong React and TypeScript experience building production frontend applications.
  • Experience with Next.js or a comparable server-side rendering framework.
  • Experience shipping mobile applications to the iOS App Store and Google Play; React Native, Swift, or Kotlin experience is relevant.
  • Backend development experience; C#/ASP.NET Core is preferred, and Node.js, Go, PHP, or other strongly typed language backgrounds are welcomed.
  • Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs, including versioning, authentication, and external integrations.
  • Production experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized development or deployment environments.
  • Experience modernizing an existing production system.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong remote-first communication and collaboration skills; Agile/Scrum and distributed-team experience preferred.
  • Financial services, fintech, banking, compliance framework, or multi-tenant/platform-scale API experience is preferred.

Benefits

  • Starting salary of $120,000–$150,000 based on experience, plus bonus eligibility.
