Description

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including role scoping, sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination.
  • Manage recruitment pipelines and candidate communication using ATS and AI-enabled tools.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes with structured checklists and documentation.
  • Maintain HR systems, contracts, and people records.
  • Support performance tracking, engagement processes, and operational reporting.
  • Use AI and automation to improve recruitment and people operations efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Associate, or in HR roles covering recruitment and HR operations.
  • Comfortable working in an AI-led environment and using AI tools.
  • Skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline management using AI-enhanced platforms.
  • Strong HR admin experience across contracts, onboarding, probation tracking, HRIS, policy creation, engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Strong onboarding and performance management experience.
  • Familiar with ATS / HRIS tools such as Workable, Lever, Breezy, Skillspot AI, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communicator across time zones and cultures.
  • Detail-driven, highly organized, and able to leverage AI for documentation, scheduling, and workflow automation.
  • Thrives in a remote-first, fast-moving workplace.
  • Preferred: Experience in remote-first global environments.
  • Preferred: Background supporting engagement programs or policy implementation.
  • Preferred: Experience scaling companies or managing rapid hiring cycles.

  • Monthly retainer of USD $1,000–$1,500 depending on experience and scope of engagement.
