Description

  • Continuously source, screen, and pre-qualify candidates across multiple disciplines.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to deliver top candidate slates quickly after requisitions open.
  • Engage passive and active candidates with empathetic, persuasive communication to move them through the hiring process.
  • Conduct high-volume screening interviews and evaluate candidates beyond their resumes.
  • Design and refine sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer workflows to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Track recruiting KPIs such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, candidate satisfaction, and offer-acceptance rates.
  • Identify, implement, and iterate on AI tools for resume parsing, candidate outreach, chatbots, and other hiring automation.
  • Map LATAM talent markets by discipline and develop long-term sourcing channels such as universities, communities, and niche platforms.
  • Act as the HR lead for recruiting today and help hire and mentor a recruitment team as the company scales.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency, B2B, or high-growth startup environment.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining proactive pipelines across at least 3 disciplines.
  • Experience delivering candidate slates quickly in a rapid-response hiring environment.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiation and achieving strong offer-acceptance rates.
  • KPI-driven experience improving time-to-fill, conversion, and candidate NPS.
  • Strong entrepreneurial ownership and the ability to manage projects end to end.
  • Advanced sourcing experience using Boolean search, social recruiting, community outreach, and referral networks.
  • Ability to communicate with empathy and persuasion and handle candidate concerns effectively.
  • Experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing AI tools for recruiting.
  • Strong ATS reporting and Excel/Sheets proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask under pressure in high-volume requisition environments.
  • Rapid learning agility to understand hiring nuances across different disciplines.
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written.
