Description

  • Execute talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational hiring needs.
  • Source candidates for immediate hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Maintain and refine the applicant tracking system and recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes with department heads.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Use recruiting platforms and tools to attract candidates.
  • Support onboarding for new hires and assist the Human Resources team with administrative needs.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with years of experience substitutable on a year-for-year basis.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition and high-volume recruiting.
  • 1+ years of experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Proven experience working in government or disaster response sectors is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the emergency management field is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources is preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience creating onboarding plans and experiences for new hires is preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced corporate, manufacturing, healthcare, or retail environment is preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in direct sourcing and building talent networks is preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa sponsorship and cannot be located outside the U.S.
  • Must pass company and applicable client background checks and reference checks upon offer of employment.

  • $26–29/hour compensation.
  • Temporary full-time role for approximately 10 weeks.
